Camp Hope will be held July 13-18, 2008. Counselors are asked to attend camp July 12-18, 2008. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and are available to download below. The application packet must be completed on all sides and notarized for it to be considered complete. Notary is available at the Camp Hope office and will be at each of the training workshop as well. All counselors are required to attend training. Training dates are available in the application packet as well as by clicking here.

Counselor Fee is $175 and a Child of Volunteer Fee is $100. To make your payment electronically, please click here. Or, if you prefer, send a check payable to “Camp Hope” with your completed application.

For your convenience, the forms below can be filled out on-line. EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY EMAIL THE INFORMATION TO THE OFFICE, THE APPLICATION PACKET MUST STILL BE PRINTED, NOTARIZED AND RETURNED TO THE CAMP HOPE OFFICE.
