What is Camp Hope?
Camp Hope is specially designed for the children of men and women who are serving time in a federal, state or local prison system, regardless of the state they are incarcerated in. Camp Hope is comprised of two camps that occur during the same week: Cornerstone and the Leadership Training Academy. Cornerstone, the younger camp, is for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade children living in metro Atlanta whose parent(s) are incarcerated. The Leadership Training Academy is for those young men and women who attended Camp Hope as a Cornerstone camper. Campers are recommended by their teen counselor, adult counselors and/or camp directors to attend LTA.
What is the purpose of Camp Hope?
- Campers learn they are precious in God's eyes & are provided a positive, fun-filled week away from the worries of their world.
- Counselors (teens, college students and adults) are provided a way to ACTIVELY respond to God's call in their lives in their local mission field.

Who are the adult counselors?
- adults act as the "moms & dads" of the counselors and campers in the cabin
- provide support through prayer, advice and encouragement
- adults are an integral part of Camp Hope who help nourish the counselor/camper relationship.
What can I expect at Camp Hope?
- Cabin bonding time, BIG praise and worship morning and nights, special guests, great food, loads of fun and everything else you would find at summer camp.
How can I be involved?
- You can be involved with Camp Hope by being a teen, college or adult volunteer, helping with pre-camp work or making a donation.
