Camper Information

Camp Hope welcomes campers who have completed the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.

Application forms are sent out in February and must be returned to the Camp Hope office by May 1st. Custodial parents must complete the Camper Application and provide proof of the child's Age by either a copy of the birth certificate or other school records, the E.F. number of the incarcerated parent and medical a release form signed and notarized.
